The Challenge
The Solution

Health Y Sol is a wellness-focused company that specializes in self-care items and natural soaps made from tallow. As an internal graphic design intern, I produced a variety of design assets that were utilized on both digital and physical platforms to enhance the brand's marketing and visual identity.

As an in-house design intern, my challenge was to create marketing materials that effectively promoted products, sales, and events while maintaining consistency across the brand’s visual identity. Each design needed to capture Health Y Sol’s vibrant and relaxing personality while appealing to a broad audience across digital and physical platforms. Additionally, projects such as event merchandise required balancing the company’s values with the specific needs of different audiences and occasions.

I developed a variety of creative assets, including social media advertisements, promotional posters, product mockups, and custom apparel designs that aligned with Health Y Sol’s established aesthetic. By utilizing bright colors, engaging layouts, and cohesive branding elements, I helped strengthen the company’s visual presence and create marketing materials that felt both professional and approachable. Through collaboration and iterative design exploration, I delivered solutions that supported brand awareness, product promotion, and audience engagement.

Created a  t-shirt design for a Christian faith-based event in which Health Y Sol was a vendor, this T-shirt was created from the ground up. The objective was to produce a design that, without being insensitive or unduly literal in its religious content, accurately reflected the brand's natural soap products and its Christian ideals.

I came up with the word "Cleansed" during the brainstorming phase after looking into biblical terms related to cleansing, bathing, and renewal. From there, in keeping with the brand's tallow-based soaps and the event's religious theme, I created visual designs that represented both bodily and spiritual purification. I transformed this concept into graphic components that were courteous, friendly, and stylistically in line with the lively and whimsical style of Health Y Sol.

I experimented with typeface, symbolism, and color in eight different prototypes. The final design, which successfully blended corporate identity, faith, and market appeal, was chosen by the company following internal evaluation.
